Gloria Gloria has been with the practice since 2002. As part of her role she was instrumental in preparing the application to be included in the BDA Good Practice Scheme in 2005, which she has continued to maintain every year since. Gloria’s commitment and diligence has been a great asset to the practice and not only has she further developed her role as manager but also taken on the responsibility of Treatment Coordinator. She is also a member of the British Dental Practice Managers Association.
Gloria is always striving to improve and is an enthusiastic participant in both in-house and external training. She also is an excellent teacher to the other team members due to her previous experience as a qualified dental nurse. She is registered with the General Dental Council.
Reception Team
Lorraine Lorraine joined the practice in 2004. Her outgoing and cheerful nature makes her a fantastic meet and greeter and she is always ready with a smile no matter what time of the day.
Nikki Nikki joined us at the beginning of 2008 bringing a wealth of experience from her background of reception work. She is a great addition to our team, with a friendly and gentle manner that makes everyone feel welcome.
Both Lorraine and Nikki are enjoying the team development that is ongoing and are ready to contribute ideas to help improve our service to you.
Dental Nursing Team
Sharon and Helen Sharon, Helen and Jessica are our surgery team. Sharon and Helen both achieved the national certificate in dental nursing in 2007 and are fully registered with the General Dental Council. Jessica hopes to pass her exam in the near future.
