As a business we are always looking to be the best we possibly can be, for our patients, and for our staff. One of the ways we can benchmark this is by meeting the criteria required to be a member of the British Dental Association’s Good Practice Scheme.
The British Dental Association lay down specific guidance on how we can look after our patients’ welfare, as well as be good clinicians, and award membership based on meeting this criteria. Happily we have been members of the Good Practice Scheme for 10 years now, and find it really easy to keep delivering the required standards.
However, there is more to being a Good Practice than ticking boxes and following rules. I firmly believe that you have to have an outstanding team of individuals working together to deliver excellent customer service. I am proud to say, like our Gold Status Membership with the BDA, my team are also solid gold when it comes to looking after our patients.
