I keep reading articles about how consumers are looking more and more for “added value” with their purchases, and we are finding the same in the dental world. Although most of what we do is service rather than product based, we can look to those successful retailers for inspiration.<\/p>\n

A company is defined by its “brand”. For the successful retailers, a consumer can automatically identify what types of products they can buy and the service they can expect just by seeing the company’s name or logo.<\/p>\n
