We are a large specialist referral centre for orthodontics and continue to accept patients from all over the UK. In these cases, we pledge to work in partnership with you to ensure both the patients and you, as their dentist are kept up to date with their progress whilst undergoing specialist orthodontic care.
Please complete the form on this page. We are happy to come and meet you at your practice if you are interested in partnering with park lane for the care of your patients and wanted to understand more about what we can offer.
Let us give you an insight of what you can expect when you come for your new patient consultation.
We offer a unique end-to-end service; our staff will care for you from the moment we first hear your voice up until your final review. Our first impressions begin during a new patient enquiry phone call. We will try and obtain as much information as possible in order to arrange for you to see the most relevant member of our team.
Arriving at Park Lane Orthodontics
Your initial appointment will be thorough: it involves both an orthodontist and our treatment co-ordinator. You’ll fill out a medical history questionnaire and we will take photographs and relevant X-rays that will complement our thorough clinical examination.
This will be followed by a discussion on your bespoke treatment options and we will show you before and after photos of similar cases. All that is discussed will be detailed on a clinical report along with a letter to your referring dentist to keep them updated (if relevant).
Throughout, we’ll be available any time of day, any day of the week, at the other end of the phone, to make sure any worries you have are completely settled.
Post treatment care
When your treatment is over, we’re pretty confident that we’ll have got everything right. However, to be on the safe side, we continue seeing patients for post-treatment review – a process which sometimes finishes two years after the end of treatment.
